Tour Overview
Two days is where Istanbul stops being a checklist. Day one covers the monuments that made the city an imperial capital; day two covers the water and the palaces that made it a residence. Between them you see both continents, both empires and the strait that connects them.
The package is built around not queueing: skip-the-line entry, a private vehicle that waits, a private yacht instead of a scheduled cruise, and a guide who adjusts the order of the day to the opening hours and the weather. It suits travellers who would rather see four things properly than twelve in a group of forty.

When To Travel
April to June and September to October are the months this itinerary is designed for: 16–25°C, long evenings for the sunset cruise and comfortable walking across two full days. July and August work if the middle of the day is spent indoors — the palaces and the cistern are air-cooled, and the yacht sails after 18:00. November to March is quieter and cheaper at 6–12°C, with occasional rain; the rooftop dinner then moves to a glassed terrace. Avoid the Kurban Bayramı week, when palace queues double.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the hotel included in the price?
Yes — one night in a five-star Bosphorus-view hotel with breakfast. Suite and Bosphorus-front upgrades are available at a supplement. Extra nights can be added at booking.
Can the two days be split across a longer trip?
Yes. Many guests book this as day one and day two of a longer Turkey itinerary, with Cappadocia or Ephesus in between. Tell us your dates and we schedule the two Istanbul days around them.
What if my flight arrives late on day one?
The morning of day one is reordered: the Old City moves to day two and the Bosphorus palaces to day one afternoon. Late arrivals still get both days in full, just in a different order.
Is the yacht private?
Yes. The sunset cruise is on a private yacht with captain and crew, not a shared boat. Food and drinks on board are arranged in advance according to your group.
Can children join?
Yes. Child seats are available, the vehicle handles every transfer, and the guide adjusts the pace. Children under 6 stay free; the hotel charges a small supplement for an extra bed.
